I am glad I have you to remind me of projects that I never post as I have the memory of a rock! My mom was just pointing out to me that I really should blog about the things I do, showing just how little of my life I actually blog about. So here is my art wall. I love it. I would like to add the disclaimer that if I wasn't in a marriage that requires some levels of compromise, this frames would probably be painted in a much brighter hue. With that being said, I do think the white worked still. I am almost certain that I copied this idea from someone, but I can't give credit because I can't remember who the stink it was. Sorry, guys. Enjoy!

I love this "art wall" idea! The sweater you made is just beautiful too... the pattern, the color, and the buttons are just gorgeous!
Speaking of one of your projects that I have admired so much, I was wondering about the pretty hair bows that you made for your daughter's Birthday. I've been trying to picture in my mind how you might have cut the tee-shirt. Was it in long strips? Did you have to finish the edges? Sorry to be so "unfamiliar" with flower making. My only daughter is just shy of two years old and doesn't have much hair yet. So I'm really new to this! Anyway, I can imagine how very busy you must be, but if you do get a chance, would you mind sharing how you cut the flowers prior to sewing them? I think I can figure it out from there. :0) Thanks so much for all of your lovely ideas and inspiration!
I probably would have done a brighter color too, but I really like the white. It lets the artwork have the spotlight.
That's really cute! Do your girls love having their artwork up there?
I must confess that I was a little disappointed at first at the lack of artwork hanging up in our gallery. After a few little hints, they caught the vision and it is always full of their little masterpieces.
I LOVE that! Are those little clips mounted to the wall behind the frames? I might be borrowing this idea...we have an abundance of children's artwork around here!
I bought the magnetic office clips and pushed the magnets out, nailing them to the wall through the whole that was already there.
